If you are a spend down or ticket-to-work participant and are signed up for automatic withdrawal (EFT) but received a paper invoice in the mail, you MUST send in your payment for this month to receive medical coverage beginning June 1, 2026. Please mail your payment to the address as instructed on the paper invoice, or you can make a payment through the participant Web portal.
